Support

Troubleshoot the local wait timer, first-use setup, and optional sponsored-experience controls without sharing prompts, responses, conversations, credentials, or payment information.

Email AI Wait Rewards support at aiwaitrewards@gmail.com. This is the official public support address for the browser extension.

First checks

  1. Open the extension toolbar popup and complete first-use setup if it is pending.
  2. Confirm Wait-time utility is on and AI Wait Rewards is enabled for ChatGPT.
  3. Reload the chatgpt.com tab after installation or update.
  4. Start a supported AI response and look for the active timer. At 560 CSS pixels or narrower, use the toolbar badge.
  5. Open Privacy, settings & diagnostics to see the structural signal and most recent completed wait.

Expected current behavior

Rewards on

The current public candidate returns no inventory. No sponsored card or reward appears, and the timer continues normally.

Timer only

The timer works without sponsorship. Your choice persists locally across browser restarts.

Offline or unlinked

The candidate has no service or account connection. These states fail safely without affecting the host AI service.

Setup dismissed

Measurement stays pending and sponsorship stays off. Setup returns from the toolbar popup or at the next appropriate opportunity.

Safe issue report

Email aiwaitrewards@gmail.com and include the browser name and version, extension version, the setting combination, and the visible diagnostics labels. Do not include prompts, responses, conversations, cookies, credentials, financial data, or a full browsing screenshot.

Reset or remove

Turn off either feature in extension settings. To reset first use, clear this extension's local data in browser extension settings. To remove all local extension data, uninstall the extension.
